Questions providers ask
Is it really free to join?
Yes. Listing, claiming your profile, receiving projects in the free rotation, quoting, messaging and team access are all free. The Pro pack is optional.
How many projects will I get?
That depends on buyer demand for your services and locations, and on whether you're on the free plan (up to 2 a week, in equal turns) or Pro (priority line, up to 3 a day). We never promise a number, but we do tell you about matching projects you missed and why.
When exactly is a Pro lead used?
Only when you accept a project from a Pro place. Reading the brief, declining and missing an offer cost nothing, and direct quote requests never use a lead. If the buyer never opens your quote or writes within 7 days, the lead is returned automatically.
What if I'm busy or on holiday?
Decline with a reason before the time is up and you keep your place in the free rotation (up to 3 times a month). If you miss 3 offers in a row, we pause you until you're back, so buyers aren't kept waiting.
Can freelancers and small teams join?
Yes. Freelancers and freelance teams are labelled clearly, and buyers choose whether they want agencies, freelancers or either. Each person on a team confirms their identity.
Can a buyer leave an unfair review?
Only buyers who hired you through Snaggable can review you. Critical reviews come to you privately first with 7 days to respond, you can reply publicly, and you can dispute a review that's false.
Do you take a commission on the projects I win?
No. Your agreement and payments are directly between you and the buyer.
