Refund policy
You can get a refund for a pack within 14 days of payment if at least 50% of its leads are still unused. You receive the unused leads at the price you paid ($1.99 per lead for a $199 pack, $1.49 for a $149 top-up), less a one-time $10 refund processing fee. Otherwise your leads simply stay in your account: they never expire.

- Used leads (projects you accepted) aren't refundable; leads for buyers who never respond are already returned automatically. Paid leads count as used before free ones, and founding or bonus leads are never refundable as money.
- If a refund is needed because of a mistake on our side, we refund in full with no fee.
- To ask for a refund, email hello@snaggable.co with your order reference. Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank: while a dispute is open, the pack's leads and Pro status are paused.
Why it's priced this way
Each project is shared with up to 3 agencies, never dozens. You don't pay per offer, per month or per click: only for projects you choose to accept. If a buyer goes silent, you get the lead back.
