Questions businesses ask
Is it really free?
Yes. Posting a project, receiving and comparing quotes, and messaging providers is free for businesses. Providers pay for priority access, never you.
How fast will I get quotes?
After our quick review, matching providers have 1 business hour (in their working hours) to accept and 1 business day to send a quote. Many projects receive their first quote within a day.
Who sees my project and my details?
Only the providers your project is sent to see its description. Your email and phone number are shared only when you reply to a provider, choose to share them, or hire.
What if none of the quotes fits?
You're under no obligation. Mark them as "Not a fit" (the providers are told politely), and post again with a broader service or location if you like.
Can I ask one specific company?
Yes: use "Request a quote" on its profile. You can also let us add up to 2 similar companies so you can compare.
What if something goes wrong after I hire?
Report the problem from your project page. The provider gets a chance to respond, our team reviews both sides, and we can warn, suspend or remove providers who break our standards.
